Replacement and Refund Policy
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, we'll gladly offer a replacement or refund. To initiate a replacement or refund, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours  of receiving your order, providing your order number and a description of the issue, along with any supporting photos or videos.
To qualify for a replacement or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Please keep all packaging intact for review. If your request is approved, we will either reship your order or issue a refund.
